Fried Chicken Balls with Hot Garlic Sauce

Appetizer are my favorite, I can keep munching on it and skip the main course if the need be. Last weekend I tried making Fried Chicken Balls with  Hot Garlic Sauce. Easy to make and tastes yum. 

Appetizers are hit with the guest. If you are looking out for a recipe to keep your guest entertained for a night party then this recipe is a must try. 

Lets have a look how to prepare this recipe. 



Ingredients 
Boneless Chicken (minced) - 150 gms
Finely cut Green Chillies 2-3 nos 
Coriander Leaves Chopped finely 
Grated Lemon Rind - 1tsp 
Seasoning Cube - 1 no
Chopped Spring Onion - 1 no
Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1tsp 
Bread Crumbs - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1 no 
Salt as per taste 
Oil for Frying 

Method

Mix all the above ingredients and  shape them into small round balls. 

Take a non stick pan, add little oil and shallow fry the balls on a medium heat. Keep shaking the pan every now and then so that the chicken balls are fried from all sides.  

Once the chicken balls turn golden brown, remove it and place it on the plate.


Hot Garlic Sauce 
Garlic cloves - 10-12 nos
Tomato Puree - 6 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2tbsp
Black Pepper powder - 1tsp  
Red Chilli powder - 1tsp 
Vinegar - 1-2 tsp
Salt to taste 

Method 

Take little oil in the pan, add 10-12 finely chopped garlic in it. Then add tomato puree, tomato sauce, black pepper, red chilli powder, vinegar and salt.  

Stir it properly and let it cook till small bubbles starts erupting. Ta dah ! ... sauce ready, remove it in a small bowl.   Oooops !!!   It slipped my mind to take the picture of the garlic sauce. 

Serve fried chicken balls with hot garlic sauce.
