Moroccon Oil

Ah ! Haven't we heard so much about the Moroccan Oil, so finally when i went for my haircut i thought of picking it up. Here's a detailed review on the wonder product.

This magical golden liquid is food for your hair, it helps maintain healthy hair, it acts as a heat spray to protect your hair from heat, it controls the oil level if you are prone to greasy hair and it can help reduce dandruff. It's a miracle worker !

Like most of its competitors, Moroccan oil is Argan oil based. Argan oil is extracted from the fruit of the Argan trees in Morocco and is quite the superstar for both hair and skin, thanks to its antioxidants (vitamin E) and essential fatty acids, as well as its hydrating, nourishing, restorative and regenerative qualities.

Argan oil is most commonly known for its benefits for your hair but you'd be surprised to find out that it has been used for many years to treat sunburn, scars and  helps give skin a healthy, radiant glow. The product is manufactured by MOROCCANOIL ISRAEL LTD.

It’s wonderful for smoothing the hair and fighting frizz and fly-aways, as well as increasing the hair’s strength and elasticity and ability to withstand all the teasing and torture and 220 temps we hurl at it.

Packaging: Comes in a sea green color box. The bottle is in dark brown color with a black cap. One thing is good that they have enclosed a pump so you can remove the cap and fix the pump for convenient usage and zero wastage.

Texture : The texture of the oil is thick but it spread well on the hair. Does not leave the hair greasy. The smell shouldn't have much to do with the actual purpose of the product, but to me it's a huge plus point. The key to the Moroccan Oil itself is to only use the tiniest amount, or your hair will feel greasy. Once you use it a few times you will get comfortable with the amount your hair can handle. From there on out, your hair will smell, look and feel like a million bucks!

How do you use it?

There are many uses for Argan oil but here are a few ways that will persuade you of it's godly qualities.

Spray generously onto towel dried before a blow dry to protect hair from heat.

It can also act as an intensive treatment if you apply the product onto unwashed hair and leave the product in for about 45 mins to an hour before washing.

If you have curly, frizzy hair that needs to be tamed, spray the product onto your hair and massage it in and then style as you wish.
