Aloo Mutter Paratha

Hi Guys,

I am back again with easy recipe of Aloo Mutter Paratha. You can have this at breakfast or during evening snack time. We Indians just love Parathas specially when it has Aloo in it. Make the Parathas,  with this simple easy recipe and enjoy with family or friends.

4 boiled Potato
1/4 kg Boiled Green Peas
5 Green chilles
1/2 inch Ginger
4 nos. Garlic
Medium cup chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chill powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Wheat flour as required


Make a thick paste of chilles, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and keep it aside

Take a bowl & smash boiled potato & green peas together. Add the above paste along with coriander leaves & salt like below pic

Now keep on adding wheat flour till you get proper fill of dough for making paratha. Since the water content in above mix is more do not add water in the wheat flour. If you feel the requirement then only add water. See the below pic

Once the dough is ready keep it aside for 5 mins. Make small rolls or as per your requirement & make paratha’s like below. 

These parathas will be similar to chapatti & light to digest. Serve it hot with sauce, pickle or curd. Hope you like this recipe, there is nothing more delicious than the home made food.
