Does not take much time but require full dedication. This recipe I tried last Sunday for my evening iftaar (Meaning of Iftaar : the meal eaten by Muslims to break their fast after sunset every day during Ramadan).

So shall we see how to prepare this :)

1/2 Cup Cheese - Mozarella

2 Slices Of Bread Crumbs
1 Potato, Boiled and mashed
3/4 Tsp. Red Chilli Flakes
Pinch Of Pepper

Coriander Leaves - Very little

Method

To make a Cheese Corn Balls, Add boiled corn, boiled potato, grated cheese, finely cut capsicum, chilli flakes, Oregano, garlic paste, pepper powder and coriander.  Mix it well and make it into a dough.

Make small balls out of  dough.

Once the balls are ready. Take oil in a pan and let it heat. In the mean time, make a batter by mixing maida and water into a thick flowing consistency as shown in the below picture. Take some flour in a flat plate and bread crumbs in another plate.

Roll each ball into the flour than dip it into the maida batter and then roll it into the bread crumbs before frying.
