Paneer Tikka with Green Chutney

My first guest post on this blog, before i go ahead let me introduce myself to you.

Cooking is simple just wild as your imagination with flavors. 

Here am sharing a simple mouth-watering Paneer Tikka recipe easy to cook and will surely bag you the title of master chef. 





Preparation Time : 30 Minutes
Serves : 5-6 Persons

Ingredients

250 grams Paneer Cubes
3tbsp Fresh Cream
3tbsp Shaan's Tandoori Chicken Masala
200 grams Yoghurt 
2 small piece of Coal
1 Cube Butter
½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
2-3 pinch of Orange color
1 Big Capsicum 
1 Big Boiled Potato
 2 Tomatoes
1 Onions
10 Skewer stick
2 teaspoon Oil
 Salt     
Orange Color

Green Chutney  
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3tbsp Yoghurt 
2-3 green chillies
Salt as per taste    

Method  

1) First for marination take a bowl add a cube of melted butter, Shaan’s tandoori chicken masala, fresh cream, red chilli powder, salt, yogurt and orange color mix well to a thick paste.

2) Coat the Paneer cubes and rest of the diced veggies approximately of an inch sized with the marination mix in two separate bowl.

3) Heat the coal turning it red hot and place it in the center of both the bowls pour little oil on the coal and cover the lid tightly so that the smoke does not escape.Refrigerate both the bowls for 3-4 hours.

4) Just before frying remove the bowls from the refrigerator and place the Paneer and veggies inserting in the skewer stick alternatively.

5) Take a non-stick pan grease it with oil and shallow fry the sticks turning occasionally till golden brown.

6) For  green chutney grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds,Yogurt and salt without adding water to it make a smooth paste.

7) Serve this Hot Paneer Tikkas with Chutney to your loved ones and they will end up loving you more....enjoy the yummy treats.
