Veg Cutlets

This veg cutlets tastes amazing and is hit with all the age group. Got this recipe from one of my very good friend. I have tried this veg cutlets so many times and  got compliments every time i make this.
Easy to make, healthy and tastes great.

Ingredient :
Potatoes 4-5 Nos
Sweet Potato - 1-2 No
Carrot - 1 No (Crushed)
Beetroot - 1/2 -1 No (Crushed)
Corn - handful
Green Chillies - 2-3 nos finely chopped (as desired)
Bread slice - 8-10 Nos(Remove the edges)
Chaat Masala - 1.1/2 tsp
Corn Four - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste
Lemon Juice - 1 No
Semolina (Rawa)

Method :
Boil Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, Corn separately and keep aside. Grate Carrot and Beetroot  and keep aside.

Boil Corn & grind it in a grinder, keep it coarse. Now take a big bowl add smashed potatoes, smashed sweet potatoes, corn, grated carrot, grated beetroot, finely cut green chilles, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Coriander leaves and salt.

After removing the edges,  soak bread slices in water and squeeze the excess water out and add it to the bowl mix. Add corn flour and lemon juice, mix all the ingredients well. Taste it before you go ahead to make sure everything is proper, now start molding the batter into the shape of the cutlets.

This is how the batter should be

You can make any shape you want. Keep it in the fridge at least for  an hour before frying.

Take oil in a pan and let it heat properly. Take rawa in a flat plate, roll the cutlets over rawa and fry it. Keep a kitchen tissue on the plate and remove the cutlets on them, it will help you soak the excess oil.

Serve hot with Tomato Ketch up. You can serve this as a snack item or a side dish with the main course.

Enjoi!!!!

Hope you like this recipe, try it out and drop me a comment how it turned out to be.
