Method
Marinate
the chicken with Shan Butter Chicken Masala, Ginger garlic paste (1tbsp) salt and
yoghurt for 2-3 hours or you can even marinate the chicken a day prior and refrigerate
it.
1 hour
before cooking put lemon juice in the marination. Grind
the onion & tomato separately and keep it aside.
Take butter in a pan and put the grind onions and saute it well. Cook it properly till the raw smell of onions disappear. Then add the tomato puree and saute for 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste (1tbsp) and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Add
the marinated chicken, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt (as per taste) and saute till the masala is cooked well.
Once sauteed properly then add Kasoori Methi
and mix.
After 2-3 minutes add Fresh cream / Amul Cream and mix well, let it cook for few minutes. Garnish with Coriander leaves and some fresh cream before serving. Please note that the Butter Chicken gravy is usually thick in consistency.

Shan masala's are my favorite. You will always find couple of them stored in my kitchen.
Few of my favorite Shan Masala's are Tandoori Masala, Butter Chicken, Bombay Chicken Biryani Masala, Achar Ghost, Zafarani Garam Masala to name few.
Earlier i used to purchase this masala's on my trip to Dubai or call from there when anyone happens to come down from Dubai but now to my delight its easily available in Foodhall at Palladium Lower Parel Phoenix Mall and is priced at INR 60/-, try out and i am sure you will like it.
Rest in next till then goodbye
