This is another salad recipe which is
easy to make & tastes great. I have not added Lettuce in my salad as I have
a thyroid & doctor has advised me to avoid Lettuce and other veggies from the
cabbage family. So in all my recipes you won’t find these veggies but you can
obviously go ahead & put it in your salad while making this recipe.
Ingredients
Cucumber
Carrot
Capsicum
Tomato
Oregano
Keya Salad Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Garlic – 1 Clove
Bikaner Sev for garnishing. (Little
only)
Method
Cut all the veggies (Tomato,
Cucumber, and Carrot) in a bowl. Take a small pan add little olive oil, once
hot add crushed garlic. Once the garlic starts changing color add cut capsicum
& sauté for a min. Then add this to the salt Bowl.
Add Oregano, Keya Salad Seasoning, salt and pepper
as required. Garnish with Little Bikaner Sev (just add a little only for
the twist to your taste buds). It is
better to add the Bikaner Sev just before eating as they taste best when they
are crisp or else it might get soggy.
PS:when you are adding pepper add accordingly as Bikaner Sev also has a pepper in it.
